Zebrazoo Consulting donates R30,000 to charity
Zebrazoo Consulting has made a donation of R30,000 to the Kimberley, South Africa branch of the Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA). The donation will be used to purchase a Cardell BP & SpO2 Monitor for the SPCA’s small operating theatre that is currently being built on site. The SPCA receives no government funding and is totally reliant on donations, legacies and fund raising to cover the costs of the work that it does.
Sean Mullineux, Managing Director of Zebrazoo Consulting said on handing over the donation to Beryl Benn, Treasurer for the Kimberley SPCA: “I think that it is important that businesses should give something back to the community. I grew up in Kimberley and my family always supported the work of the SPCA. I have visited their operation in Kimberley a couple of times in recent years and have been inspired by what they are doing on a very limited budget to reunite lost pets with their owners and care for, and hopefully rehome, abandoned, mistreated or neglected animals. Building this operating theatre will hopefully allow them to attract student vets to train and work on site”
